Wednesday January 7th 09

Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:

* 5 deadlifts
* 5 hang power cleans
* 5 front squats
* 5 push jerks

Weight for men is 135#. Weight for women is 95#.

  8. Mike's at home for lunch. Nothing like working outside with the flu. Looked at AMRAP this morning and just could not wrap my aching brain around it. Have a great class tonight. I will not be in.

    Note of interest, one of the firefighters from Mississauga contacted me about bringing a few buddies down for a Wod. I guess osme of them live closer to Guelph then Mississauga. A game that day everyone! LOL

  15. Wow, you guys work hard! Good job, i really think that maintaining a work out group helps everyone to do better. That way people get motivated easier and have more gas to work out.
