So my legs are still toast from the weighted squats and my elbow is still recovering from being bent the wrong way...played on the GHD tonight doing rounds of 25 sit ups and 25 back extensions till it hurt...oh yeah there were also the 100 or so squats done with the kids karate classes to help them get over their own sore legs..cmon guys its all mental. More then a few of them were and are going to continue to be sore.
