    Did a Snatch Progression.

    100 Muscle Ups for Time

    With a partner do 50 Alternating Muscle Ups. If you or your partner fail an attempt, the other person continues.

    Time 23:31

    Silas failed 6 times, twice on his last Muscle Up. Even though I finished my 50 before Silas, the WOD was over when he hit 50.
