  5. if I make it in I might look at doing the full murph.... I need to sweat out some donair and beer .. drinking on the east coast is HARD! drunk every night until new years day ... only got to the gym twice ... I am going to be hurting tonight!!

  6. By all means Mac, full Murph. I scaled it this morning as was not sure who was going to be in this morning and because it is too cold to run. BBRRR

    I have heard rumours that the East Coast drinking attitude is hard. LMAO Ben down that road myself. I was wondering why we had not heard from you.

    And Adrian, just a quick reminder to see what kind of a schedule you have. The sooner we can get a date nailed down for the wrestling the sooner I can post it and start gathering participants.

    Hang power cleans 1-1-1-1-1-1-1
    5x35, 5x55, 3x75 HPC 85-95-100-105-110-115-120 (which is my pr for cleans right now.
    Then I did the max rds 20 mins of
    5 thursters, 7 hpc, 10 sdhp Rx'd women's weight of 65#
    8 rounds + 2 SDHP
