  6. Hmm Well I thought I already posted this:
    Did the .com WOD today.. it was embarrassing. My rope climbs are awful.
    Took 36:10. I made 6/8 rope climbs... and 3 were about 1.5-2 feet shy.. after the second round I had to take my shoes off to get up the rope.. then started experiencing some pretty nasty rope burn.. so I taped up my foot..
    The HSPU I did to one of those ducttape pads.. so better Range of Motion there.
    Did a hobble, limp type run for my last 400m.
