* 5 deadlifts
* 5 hang power cleans
* 5 front squats
* 5 push jerks
Weight for men is 135#. Weight for women is 95#.

Note of interest, one of the firefighters from Mississauga contacted me about bringing a few buddies down for a Wod. I guess osme of them live closer to Guelph then Mississauga. A game that day everyone! LOL

ReplyDeleteWow, you guys work hard! Good job, i really think that maintaining a work out group helps everyone to do better. That way people get motivated easier and have more gas to work out.
