  7. Did this today with burpees and D/U's up to 10 as a warmup because I have a game tonight. Is there a class tomorrow? Mac you get double miles because its a friday but saturdays are triple.

  13. did this workout but was interrupted in the middle by my boss ....

    clock said 21:30minutes at the end ... but I think without interruption it would have been around 17:00 minutes?? maybe not sure how long I was on the phone

    I think everyone got better at D/Us today.. best improvement was definately Amanda who got into a D/U every other skip rhythm.. not bad for people who couldn't do 1 last week!!!

    Agata continued her hate on for the burpee today.. way to gut it out.. and thanks for not puking :)
