Skill Day/Rest Day

  1. Worked on overhead squats tonight. Followed by 5 rounds of 10 burpee-pullups, 5 135# jerks. Then worked on kb swing/snatch combo then finished with a mile run. Then shovelled my driveway for time. Rehydrating with Waterloo Dark.
    Hope to get in again soon.
