  1. Just Silas and myself this morning. Silas has a messed up shoulder, so he gets a DNF and we treated the morning as essentially a front squat, work on the clean day.

  7. Yes Bill O lifting goes at 10 Am. There will be a class at 9 so the box will be open if anyone wants to drop by early or do a WOD.

  9. I did Murph tonight. 42:14. First time doing it. I was shooting for 38 minutes. Man that last mile is brutal. Used a treadmill for the runs. Broke the pullups/pushups/squats 20/40/60 for 2 rounds then found 10/20/30 to work better for the rest. Great WOD.
