    Congrats again to Silas who got 5 Muscle ups in a row yesterday... completing on of his crossfit resolutions.. maybe aim a little higher next time? :)

    I am severely over trained! did not stop me from playing hockey today .... and I will probably see you tomorrow night! haha

  5. Failed the HQ WOD tonight. I totally wasn't doing it right. Started out as RX'd for one complete round\set. Then realized that I would rhabdo my arms if I kept going. So scaled it back to 2 weighted@35#, 4 deads and 5 kips. Even that didn't work. At round 5, I just kept going and skipped the weighted pull-ups and was able to get the rest of the rounds.
    Next time I'll know what the heck's going on.
