Yeah it was pretty funny this morning. looking at the clock thinking shit, they are way ahead of Mac and Tracey... Something is wrong! That's when I glanced at my notebook. I offered to let them do the 30 burpees they missed but they reluctantly declined.

2 broiled chicken thighs with skin. 12 or so spears of Asparagus. big bowl of mixed greens with 1/2 tomato and handful of grapes. Oil and apple cider vinager dressing glass o milk.
Esther and Silas got off a little easy this morning as I wrote down the wod incorrectly. They did 15 burpees per round not 21. My Bad!
