  1. Esther and Silas got off a little easy this morning as I wrote down the wod incorrectly. They did 15 burpees per round not 21. My Bad!

  4. Yeah it was pretty funny this morning. looking at the clock thinking shit, they are way ahead of Mac and Tracey... Something is wrong! That's when I glanced at my notebook. I offered to let them do the 30 burpees they missed but they reluctantly declined.

    Should be a challenging Wod tonight Mac. If we do not see you have a good week end!
