We will be doing a circuit today. 1 min rounds at different stations.These will be determined by the number of people in. One of the stations will be the old 1-2 sprawl.
Just Silas and Austin this morning. We did 1-2 sprawls with dead lifts.
Silas:18 18 19 19 23 21 23 16 D/L 9 8 6 2 8 2 8 ? the round of 2 was at 155. previous rounds at 185. Silas aggravated a Lat/Back muscle. round of 8 was with a 45 # bar the rest were done with a stick.

1 multi vitamin. I am taking them for three months just to see. I know that they are a poor substitute for fruits and veggies but I figure they can't hurt and for 4 bucks a month...what the hell.
