  3. For the past few days I seem to be eating two big meals and snacking around them.

    breakfast:
    1.8oz cheese
    12 spears Asparagus
    3 eggs
    3 tbls Olive oil
    2 cups milk
    8 oz strawberries
    1tsp Mayonnaise
    2 croissants
    6 oz Canadian Bacon
    1 multi vitamin

    2,223 calories

    Lunch ish Post Wod

    1/2 liter milk

    Dinner:
    3 Cups mixed greens
    2 oz feta cheese
    2 tomatos
    1 cucumber
    5 TBls Oil and vinegar dressing
    3.8 oz Salisbury steak
    2 Cups Milk

    Total so far 3,739 Calories.
