Skill Work - 9 Fundamental Movements

  1. Conner and Dawn were in.
    Worked on form with the 9 fundamental movements. Introduction to the Push Jerk - think they've got the concept down. Good improvements on the med ball cleans from Dawn.

    Then we did Cindy. Dawn was suppose to do a Mini but she just kept on motoring through
    Dawn - 14 rds (Assisted Pull ups, Knee Push Ups)
    Conner - 17rds + 3 Pull Ups

    Awesome effort from Conner.. very nice strict push ups.
