    Kane was having issues with some (2) strawberries he had before he came.. made working out near impossible

  2. So I did the .com from yesterday
    3 Weighted Pull Ups
    5 Dead Hang
    7 Kipping
    10 rounds..
    omg.. my arms were dead.. this wod made me feel WEAK!
    Took me 75 sets! 75~ that means I dropped from the bar 75 times..
    each weighted pull up was a set.. the deadhangs were hard after that..
    Took 40:07
    USed 10# first round, 5# after that.

    Then I did front squats
    5x35,3x85,3x105
    125-135-145-150-155

  3. yeah I fucked up that workout .... i only did 7 sets ..... 22 minutes and like 25 sets or something! with a visitor that came in (did you get my note on the board?)
