So I did the .com from yesterday 3 Weighted Pull Ups 5 Dead Hang 7 Kipping 10 rounds.. omg.. my arms were dead.. this wod made me feel WEAK! Took me 75 sets! 75~ that means I dropped from the bar 75 times.. each weighted pull up was a set.. the deadhangs were hard after that.. Took 40:07 USed 10# first round, 5# after that.
Then I did front squats 5x35,3x85,3x105 125-135-145-150-155
yeah I fucked up that workout .... i only did 7 sets ..... 22 minutes and like 25 sets or something! with a visitor that came in (did you get my note on the board?)
Kane - 95# 1st 2 rounds, 45# 3rd round, subbed tuck jumps in after 1st round DNF - 46 minutes completed 3 rounds
