SS continues to go well. I have been off track with my food intake the last week. Too many liquid carbs. On the plus side my strength seems to be improving. As of next week I will be facing reps of cleans at my previous single rep max. Shoulder press technique is improving but the damage of too many years of abuse may be irreversible. We shall see.
