    2 eggs
    2 slices peameal bacon
    1/2 green pepper
    1 1/2 tbsp. olive oil
    1 cup milk
    1 bagel
    1 1/2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. cashew butter
    1 tbsp. almond butter

    Here is my Breakfast:
    3 eggs 2xP
    5 oz peameal 5xP
    1 large red pepper 1xC
    15 Spears of Asparagus 1.5xC
    1.7 oz cheese 1.5xP
    2 cups Homogenized milk 2xPC
    3 TBLS olive oil Tons O Fat
    1 banana 3xC
    1 cup blueberries 2xC

    For a grand total of 1688 calories 10.5 x P and 9.5 x C and Tons O good fat

    3 cups mixed greens.
    2 Tbls olive oil
    1 Tomato
    1/2 cuc
    2 cups Milk
    2 oz Feta Cheese

    Approx 1400 Calories

    Grand Total of 3446 Calories not including the beer I am about to crack. LMAO 3653
