  • 4 Thrusters (boys: 75#; girls: 55#)

  • 8 Pull-ups


Rest  2 minutes

Complete as many rounds as you can in 5 minutes of:

  • 5 Kettlebell swings (boys: 32kg; girls: 24kg)

  • 10 Wall Ball ( boys 20#,girls,10#)

  5. Haha this was my 2 part breakfast:
    Before work 6am
    1 banana + 5 maca nuts
    After work 9ish
    2 eggs, glass of 1% milk, 6 cashews...
    Lunch:
    Salad w/ 2 oz chicken breast 1.5 cup spinach, 1 cup cherry tomatoes, 1/2 green pepper and walnuts
    Early dinner:
    2.6 oz steak, 1 cup 1% milk, 4 walnuts, and an apple...
    Calories.. around 1200 lol so thats probably what you guys had for breakfast
    Another 300 calories and my day is done!

    2 Cups of Milk

    However many calories!

  13. Good job guys. I had a shit food day which just ended with poutine and a double burger with cheese. not feeling so well at the moment.
