    Mac and I had Bar Muscle Ups planned instead of regular Muscle Ups, but after failing miserably on our first set, we changed it to regular M/U's.

    125# x 6 + 3 M/U's
    135# x 3 + 6 M/U's
    145# x 2 + 5 M/U's

    Mac:
    225# x 3 + 0 BM/U's
    235# x 3 + 1 M/U
    245# x 2 + 2 M/U's
    255# x 1 + 2 M/U's

    I wrote this completely off of memory, so there are probably mistakes somewhere in there.
