Run 2 K

Dead Lift 2000#'s

5x 50 Meter sprint

100 M Walking Lunges

Deadlifts may be at any weight ex. 250x8=2000 or 100 x 20=2000. Rest long enough between sprints to ensure they are sprints not runs

    The trick seems to be setting your dead lift weight without ego. We shall see how the evening group performs.

    Jay and I worked on squats and dead lift form and after much repetition knocked out some nice ones. Way to go J. Loads of good things tonight. Amanda and Bonnie both ran their first 2 k's today. I ran it with Amanda in 11 or so. We did not stop once. Great job Amanda! Alice was showing off her push ups...Way to go!
