    Ty is our first legitimate Kid CrossFit er.
    Kids got a great OHS already, He did:
    21 15 9 of OHS (stick) and Kb Swings with a 200 M row in between each exercise. 7:14 Awesome. Ty going to be good!

    New member jenny and Amanda did 10 rounds of Squat and row 45 Seconds at each.

    Kate, our resident musician chick did Awrap 10 minutes of 5 deads 85#, 7MBC 10#, and wall ball 10#'s 3 rounds 3 deads. We were correcting form as we went. Rounds will be much higher next time.
