    I already miss Rebel. I am such a gym snob now, and I thought I was bad before. So many people at the gym just occupying space doing half assed "workouts."

  10. Ty, this kids going to be a stud.12 years old 75#'s. Taught him to power clean today. Fun. He did multiple reps of 25 35 45#. We worked on them for 45 minutes. Then a small reinforcement wod of 5 minutes of 45#power clean 3 reps and 10 skips. 6 plus 1 P/C

    Peter 75# 5 plus 1 Thruster
    Jay 35,45# 3 plus 2 Thruster
    Dawn 25# ( she was taking it easy) 4 plus 5 thrusters
    Bonnie 55# 3 pus 2 thrusters
    Amanda 55# 3 rounds.

    I was at 5 rds in 6 minutes .... then took me 10 minutes to do the other 4 rounds .....
