    2x5xbar
    1x5
    2x3
    1x2
    3x5 Work set.

    Use a weight that allows for completion of the work set without a reduction in weight.

  2. in case anyone is wondering how adrian is doing on the rugby team, here is a bit of an email from one of the team execs

    your boy Adrian was man-of-the-match on Saturday, he rocked it, had a super game and scored a break away 70m try in the corner. He was making hits, creating space and lead the team to a big win...29-15 I think.

  3. Run 2k was your workout ...

    I ran 3.2k in roughly 20 minutes. Forgot to time myself. Good run. Trying to out run a rainstorm, so that kept me moving.
