  2. Sandra was in for the 6 am class. 2 x CFHQ Warm Up, worked squat progressions Air, OHS and Front Squat. Then did half a Tabata. 7 in the first 6 in the second and stopped cause she convinced me she was going to toss. Nice first effort.

    BP: 3x35,45,55,1x60 BW75 first time benching.
    OHS 3x25 and 1/2 Tabata making 85 reps.
