Mike: Arms still messed up. Did a 2k run 8:31 and 4x50M sprints. Ran with the Pose method for the first time for any distance. Very fast, but tiring as I'm not used to it and likely not all that polished in my stride. Ran about 50 - 75M of heel toe in the middle and felt it in my hips and knees instantly.
Did grace today - 4:42 Rx'd Sloppy clean and jerks.. arms still hurt from the damn pull up WOD. Then I did workout B starting strength: Squat 35x2x5 85x5 115x2x3 125x2 135x3x5 Shoulder Press 35x2x5 55x5 60x2x3 70x2 70x3x5 Power Cleans 35x2x5 85x5 95x2x3 110x2 115x3x5
Ty: This kids going to be good. Worked on Dead Lifts. 1x95. Has more weighs 75# Then did Mini Cindy- 12 rounds plus 13 Squats. Jumping Pull ups. Awesome.
