  1. Mike: Arms still messed up. Did a 2k run 8:31 and 4x50M sprints. Ran with the Pose method for the first time for any distance. Very fast, but tiring as I'm not used to it and likely not all that polished in my stride. Ran about 50 - 75M of heel toe in the middle and felt it in my hips and knees instantly.

    150 push ups @ failure
    @ every failure did 400m run.

    Sloppy clean and jerks.. arms still hurt from the damn pull up WOD.
