  2. I have been a little behind lately. Welcome to the club Tina, and Jenny. Hopefully we will have another Jenny and Kate Schutt as well. On the mens' side J, Shawn, Colin and Samson (maybe)

    Tracey has the other times for today.

    In keeping with my Starting Strength I did this wod as well.

    Mike - I started too low but I have not front Squatted in a while so...
    125 145 165 185 205
    Then I did singles at 225 and 235. I'm quite certain I can rep 3 at 225. Next time. 235 rolled off my rack a little and I was getting hungry so Mac and Adrian are safe for now. LMAO

    Kate came in and did mini Cindy. Kate is going to be a keeper. Good form and strength. 7 rounds plus 3 Pull Ups.

    Then did the:
    10 Tire Flips (300#)
    50 D/U
    50 Walking Lunges with Splash Tube Overhead
    100 Push Ups
    50 Thrusters (95#)
    400m Run

    Peter finished in 21:59. 75# 160#'s
    Amanda:29:59 55# 160#

    Jenny was in at 6. We did some dead lifting and did squat work. Bottom to Bottom,OHS. Her Wod was 21 15 9 Dead Lift and Tuck Jumps. She did the first 21 @75 then we brought it down to 65 for the balance. Subbed burbees for tuck jumps for the final 9. 10:21
