Jenny was also in this morning and her apprenticeship continued with squats and therapy. We did a Skip and Squat WOD. 10 rounds of 15 seconds skip and 10 seconds in the bottom of a goblet squat. Last round we skipped for the 30 seconds and held the squat for 30 seconds. Poor Jenny was not so happy with me at times. LMAO
Young Ty was in for the kids class today. We worked on SDHP, Shoulder press and Push Press. his WOD was 3xBW DL@75# 5xSP @25#, and 7xSDHP@23# 9 rounds and one dead lift. Awesome effort Ty!
Just finished the push ups run wod. 6:10 50 in the first round 15 the second a bunch of tens a few 5's in the middle finished with a ten. Range of motion on the good side of borderline after about 3/4 of the reps.
Are you trying to kill me on my first day back??? I think I will be completing alot of 50m sprints. See you tonight.
