30 Muscle Ups for time. If you cannot do Muscle Ups do 4 pull ups and 4 dips.

  3. this hurts my head ... but it looks kinda cool ....

    A. quickly build to 80% of your best clean, take few sets, low rest

    B1. squat clean/push press/squat clean/push jerk/squat clean/split jerk - 1.1.1.1.1.1 x 5; 150 sec rest
    B2. AMRAP Double Unders in 40 sec; 150 sec rest

    multiply your highest load in kg in the clean/OH complex by your total double under reps for 5 sets - that is your score; reset quickly b/t reps for complex

  6. so you get up to 80% of your max clean .... for fun lets say 50kg(110#)
    then you do the squat clean PP/PJ/Split jerk with that. then you rest 2.5 minutes then you have 40 seconds to get as many reps as possible Double unders then you rest 2.5 minutes again .... repeat 5 times trying to add weight to the 50KG ... so if you get to 60KG then you take that and multiply it by your combined double unders for all the rounds ...

    60KG x 100 DU's (for sun say 20 a round)
    score would be 6000 ....
