  3. Where did you see that Mac? That looks like a monster maker.

    So the distance was not nearly enough this morning so we added another 5 rounds to it. We will revisit this one when we can get back outside and use meters instead of feet as our measure.

    Played with handstands and weighted pull ups and dips and cleans afterward.

    I just BOMBED fran .... 4:35 old time was 3:45

    shins are still throbbing from mary a few days ago ... wow I dont like adding 50 seconds to fran .... morale is down!
