Jumping Squats x 21

L Raises x 15

Hollow Rock x 9

  1. Good Work this morning guys. The hollow rock efforts continue to improve if ever so slightly.

    I was really happy with the L sit efforts...Very little swinging. Silas and Austin both looked GOOD.

    Conner had to switch to knees to chest at the third round.

    Austin:10 rounds + 7 JS
    Conner 8 + 3 L raises
    Silas had top leave early 5 rounds 11:14
