  2. I think everyone is messed up... that was a brutal wod..

    Silas was in this morning..
    Started the back squat 180-190.. then decided not to go any further..after 190 felt hurty. When he failed a 115# (15#below his PR) shoulder press attempt we decided it was best to stop. Think everyone is in good need of some Epsom salt baths, stretching, massages and a bit of rest!

  4. went and did some cleans in the gym at lunch .... helped a bit to move around actually ...

    1RM power clean up to 225 ...
