  1. ? so starting and ending power cleans? or should the second hanging power cleans say burpees?

  2. Is "Over Head" = OHS? Or is it just a push press\jerk\get it over head.
Also, Rx'd weight? Me thinks 95# for me; actually, maybe 75#. Forearms will for sure be tight after 200 hang power cleans.

  3. Yes it should say Burpees. Thanks again Mac. Jamie, over head means Push Press or Push Jerk. I hope the reps are only 110. I seem to be struggling a little with my typing today.

Austin. DNF Shoulder. Did Weighted tabata squats at 95# for 50 reps total.

    Esther: 32:26 Solid effort @ 55#

I was thinking 95/75/55 But for Mac 135. I did not add an Rxed weight as I was not sure how the Burpees would effect the wod. I was looking for times in the 16 min range.

    Hope that clears things up.

  8. LOL. Realistically I would say Mac and Bill at 95. MAYBE as much as 85 for Jamie and Adrian and I would be running at 75. Its a lot of reps and judging by this morning the Burpees add a lot.

  19. Agreed - tough wod. Not as difficult at 75 versus 95#, but tough still.
