  1. Welcome Conner to our Family. Conner is an Army lad who wants to bring his strength up prior to heading to Edmonton this June. He is off to a good start.

    Connor 45# Box Dips 28:44 great job with form. Switched to knee push ups at the very end but still had elbows tucked. I helped a little with the shoulder presses at the end, stabilizing elbows. Great first effort Connor!

  4. Mac this WOD is SOLID. 65 pound press with the ring dips should do the trick. If you want to really beast it go 95#.

    My traps are a little sore today, but I might do this wod later. Also going to start skinning the cat on a daily basis to try an open up the shoulders more.

  9. Was that fun and informative or what? eh Jamie...gonna make that dam cat and hand stands my b..ches! My Quads and Hammies are t i g h t. It was the dam L sits on the rings then on the paralettes that got me. Traps sore as well. Off to do some shopping..

  12. I ended up taking yesterday off to deal with some stuff. I'm going to try it tonight. I might sub the presses with hspu's. If not, I'll use 65# or 75#.
