    Good work guys. We found some weaknesses this morning. Once the lighter bands are in we can work the pistols a little more efficiently. Good efforts on the parallets.

    We played a little with spotting techniques for ball ups and knee to elbow progressions in preparation for skin the cat. Also showed the boys shoot throughs. Parallet pushup,shoot the legs through, hips high, do a dip, shoot back through to push up position.

    Matt, thanks for dropping in. I hope we can make the Krav Maga seminar come to life next month and see you next week.

  2. did the .com WOD today .... 185 starting clean ... got up to 235 PR at the 6th lift then failed at 245 for the 7th lift
