1 year already!!?!?! Wow! Awesome stuff. Thinking back to my first couple of workouts there, I can remember my max lifts being significantly lower than now, I wasn't able to kip properly and forget muscle-ups, I couldn't even really dip on the rings! Since then, I've improved drastically across the board. Thanks for a good year, Mike (and Tracey too).
Still working on that kip myself! Hoping to get that down by the next Nov 2009! Thanks for the improvement in my quality of life. If it weren't for you guys having this garage I'd be going to Good life once every two weeks pulling off some amazing arm curls with limited results in actual strength. But wow, would my bicep look good! Cheers to you guys and a successful future.
