not crossfit at all .... but did some of the most physically demanding tasks I have ever done ... a 13km march with 100lb ruck sack, and 5 of us switching around on 3 platoon support weapons (a big machine gun, a rocket launcher and a mortar) this is after 3 hours of sleep in 72 hours and no about 15 hours since the last meal .... and the march was 80% uphill ....,. I kid you not this was one of the hardest things I have done ...... but I finished it ... more then most of the course could say
