5 rounds of Max Reps for time:
Dead lift 3/4 of max (no more then 5 steamboats between lifts)
Pull Ups (no hanging on the bar, reps must be continuous)
Cleans (by any means necessary 10# off max)
Record weight, reps and time.

I think this WOd is one of my finer programming efforts. The Results were exactly what I wanted and expected.

Pull ups: 28 16 9 11 15
Cleans: 1(135) 1 2 0 0
Adrian: 250/145
Deads: 7 5 4 4 2
Pull Ups: 14 15 13 10 9
Cleans: 8 6 4 (hurt wrist again)
This was a challenging one. Lessons learned all around!
