Hey Mike, can't make it out tomorrow morning, but I think I'll try to go tomorrow night.
Just did the wod. 7:55I did the timed approach - tried for 1 every 15 seconds. Could have done it faster I think. Next time.
Also, I don't think the 1-4 ratio is fair. I think the 4x4 pu/dip combo is far more intense.
Like I told Tracey this morning, it's more like a punishment for not being able to do a muscle up.
