Sunday November 2nd 08 MG

300s: Team effort

300 Burpees (in sets of 25)

300 Sit Ups (in sets of 50)

300 Pull Ups (in sets of 25)

300 Squats (in sets of 50)

Take turns doing sets until all the reps are done!

    Here is how long it took:

    Burpies: 19:04
    Sit Ups: 27:16
    Pull Ups: 47:13
    Squats: 55:49
    They each did 150 reps of each exercise.
    Good work!
