  3. my shorts had no draw string ... hahah after about 5 double unders they were about half way down my ass very frustrating ... had to keep stopping was not even sweating

  6. Just a side note: Silas wasn't wearing any shoes and so he was motivated to not miss any of his double unders for fear that he would feel a lot of pain and maybe lose a couple of toes.

  9. I had our karate classes do it.

    Juniors did a: 50/30,40/25,30/20,25/15,20/10,10/5. Singles and situps.
    Youngest was 7.5 oldest 12.

    Intermediate class 12 -14
    Santiago and Chad subbed tuck jumps.

    I did it as well 7:24 I just could not get the D/U's going in the first 50. That killed me. 40 and down were solid with 2 or 3 re starts. Fun little wod.
