Do you think the more rds the better? Are certain activities a higher focus?

ReplyDeleteThe more rounds we get the better we are doing. As a general rule we do not want to sacrifice technique for rounds or time. We try to work the whole body all the time so in a sense there are no areas that get more attention then others.
