Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

OR

"Mary"
Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Handstand Push-ups
10 One legged squats, alternating
15 Pull-ups

  10. The more rounds we get the better we are doing. As a general rule we do not want to sacrifice technique for rounds or time. We try to work the whole body all the time so in a sense there are no areas that get more attention then others.
