  4. Hey Austin, sounds great. Thank You.

    Austin was in this morning and because of an ongoing wrist injury did a Pull Up work out instead. 1in the 1st min, 2in the 2nd etc. A great effort while I was patching the hole in the bathroom.15 reps in the round of 18. Excellent work.

  7. Amanda and Steven were in this afternoon for their introduction to the Filthy Fifty. Awesome effort from both.

    Steven was in at 31:05 and Amanda in at 37:48.

    There were modifications for both, but all in all a tremendous effort. Congratulations to both of you.

  8. Did 100 pu, pushup, situp, squat for time. Not necessarily in that order. It sucked. Wasn't in the zone at all.
    Worked on a kb swing/snatch combo after. Getting the hang of kb snatches.. Well at least the bell isn't bruising my arm anymore.

    1 round CFHQ W/U
    1 round Bergener

    Worked the 1st and 2nd pulls for cleans at 45x5x3
    Front Squat 45x5x3
    Repeated at 75#
    Repeated at 95# adding full extension of shoulders and ankles.
    Cleans
    95#x5x3
    135#x5x3
    155#x5x3

    The cleans were a mixture of power cleans and squat cleans.

    Finally a failed effort at 135# snatch
