2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps
30 Pull-ups

Sub 10 D/U's per 100 M

  2. I'm gonna try to squeeze this one in tonight. Will scale to 40# db swings and sub in DU's for the running.

    OPT was likely running the 800M's.

  4. Likely, he didn't say he subbed anything. I wonder what the difference in time would be between running and D/U's. Running would take longer than D/U's.. but D/U's are more physically fatiguing on the arms and shoulders, possibly slowing down our time for the KB swings and Pull Ups.

  5. Subbed DU's as well. Used 60# dumbbell. 35:42. Probably would have been faster if I had a pull-up bar that didn't turn. Was really working the finger pull-ups near the end there. Forearms are toast.
    800m run would have taken me way longer.

    3 Rounds

    20 Overhead Squats 95#
    20 Push Ups
    20 SDHP 95#
    20 Pull Ups

    Was hurting during this one but the wrist is better!
