Austin and Silas were in... we worked on the Clean and Jerk. Silas got a PR at 160# Austin got a PR at 145# Austin almost had a new clean PR@150#...he ended up sitting on his knees... and still standing it up.. although, I'm pretty sure that doesn't count. Need to work on getting under the bar! Most of these were power cleans.
Gonna work on the HSPU's tonight. Is there any way you can think of doing them weighted? Don't have a vest. Can't imagine doing HSPU's with a dumbbell between my ankles is safe. I'd be banned from crossfit for something like that.
Sorry I haven't been around. I've been busy with training, work and the season. I won't be coming this month but will be sure to work up that cardio and hopefully be around in the New Year. I'll keep in touch. Cheers.

No weighted HSPU's tonight. Worked on face to floor HSPU's instead and weighted MU's. Started with 20lbs on the MU's, but lowered to just 10.
