Mac, yesterdays Wod is only one 50# Dumbbell for the lunges. (hold anyway you can) We did it as one in each arm.Agata we miss you all as well. Hope to see you again soon.
Oh my..Did the evening crew ever kill it!Austin - 16:05 Rx'dLee - 18:52 - 10 M/U Rest JM/UAmanda did a broken down mini-cindy and got 6 rounds + 4 Push Ups. JPU and Knee Push Ups to a box. Good work.. good improvement on the SDHP too!I did Fran..Rx'd women's weight 5:23. Wanted sub 5 BLAH lol
Did this WOD today. RX'd 14:26. Muscle-ups were harder at the end, but overall I was able to get through them fairly well. Probably had weight a little too far forward for a significant number of the squats.
