  6. Mac, yesterdays Wod is only one 50# Dumbbell for the lunges. (hold anyway you can) We did it as one in each arm.

    Amanda did a broken down mini-cindy and got 6 rounds + 4 Push Ups. JPU and Knee Push Ups to a box. Good work.. good improvement on the SDHP too!

    I did Fran..Rx'd women's weight 5:23. Wanted sub 5 BLAH lol

  8. Did this WOD today. RX'd 14:26. Muscle-ups were harder at the end, but overall I was able to get through them fairly well. Probably had weight a little too far forward for a significant number of the squats.
