    by the way some people are doing their 2009 Crossfit goals list online I was bored so i did up a few




    1. Maintain BW195#
    2. Lay off the booze until the Games qualifier (who am I kidding)
    3. 7 Muscle ups in a row
    4. 430# deadlift
    5. Get a sub-3 Fran
    6. Get a 26 round Cindy
    7. Run 400m in 1:00
    8. Run 10k in 40 minutes
    9. Get a 255 Clean
    10. 10 consecutive full range handstand pushups
    11. 35 consecutive ring pushups
    12. Score 370 on FGB
    13. Five BW OHS
    14. five second L-Sit

    I am sure there are more

  3. That's an impressive list Mac, I was searching for the online lists , where are they being posted.

    I am waiting to hear back from John Vivian re games qualifiers.

    Austin and Adrian both hurt themselves and or were nursing old wrist injuries hence the missing lift.

    Haven't heard anything yet. Just got in touch with HQ to see if they have plans to hold them out this way. If we do host qualifiers we will announce it on our site so make sure you stop by every once in a while.

    1. Muscle Up (had this last year but yea.. don't see it happening in the next 20 days)
    2. 40 pull ups in a row
    3. Double BW Deadlift
    4. Body weight OHS
    5. Body weight Clean & Jerk
    6. Lose 10lbs so all the above are lower
    7. 1 HSPU (Full range of motion)
    8. Sub 4 minute fran

  12. Did split jerk today and spent lots of time with lighter weight warming up and technique before getting to lifts. Instead of 1 rep sets I did 3 reps as I suck at these and rather wanted to practice then go for higher weight

  13. Silas, you should be setting a higher goal for muscle ups, you've already got two in a row and you pick them up quickly once you get the hang of them. 10 or even 12 sounds good. You have one year. That's my two cents.

  16. decided to get ahead and complete one of my 2009 goals this year. Did 107 consecutive double unders tonight. The last 20 almost killed me. Don't know why but my head felt like it was going to pop. I could feel the blood pressure through the back of my neck. Finished with a massive headache and took half an hour to recover. It was messed up.
