Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
15 Pull-ups
15 Ring push-ups
15 Back Extensions
15 GHD Sit-ups

  1. My apologies to you both Austin and Silas. I was, out of necessity, focused on the new guys Peter and Steve. Please post your numbers I'm thinking it was 8 rounds 15 Pull Ups. They were neck and neck and finished with the same numbers. We subbed 30 regular sit ups for the GHD.

    Peter and Steve: reviewed, Dead Lift and SDHP, as well as squats. Introduced Medball Cleans.

    Wod was Mini Cindy:
    Steven 8 rounds 4 Pull Ups
    Peter 8 rounds.

  2. Well decided to try the HSPU with clap. Got my pillow all set and psyched myself up. I did as really nice single HSPU. For some strange reason my brain did not allow my hands to leave the ground. Think this will be step one. Creating some elevation of my hands from the ground.
