Jerk

Back Squat

Rear Jerk

10 rounds with an increase in weight at each round. Bar must not touch ground once round is begun but can rest in any position.

  5. Deleted my post accidentally. Pretty sure it is 4 cups to 1 block. I just double checked my CrossFit Nutrition Journal and it says 4 cups per block but the Zone site says 20 cups per block. Hmm.

  6. I guess I got my info from the Zone site.. But you're right, because I checked the Zone book and it said 4 cups to 1 block..
