True. I don't remember the source, but I guess I should use the Zone book to find the right quantities.
Deleted my post accidentally. Pretty sure it is 4 cups to 1 block. I just double checked my CrossFit Nutrition Journal and it says 4 cups per block but the Zone site says 20 cups per block. Hmm.
I guess I got my info from the Zone site.. But you're right, because I checked the Zone book and it said 4 cups to 1 block..
