For time 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, and 5 rep rounds of:
virtual shoveling [wmv] [mov]
Push-ups

With an Olympic bar holding only one plate (men use 45 pound plate, women use 25 pound plate), touch the plate on one side of the barrier then the other for one "rep." Barrier is 24."

  4. We had a stick hanging over the boxes we use for box jumps, and shoveled over the stick.

  6. The barrier was a little lower. I think the boxes are 20 or 22. But close abyway. I saw that about OPT interesting isn't it.

Tonight: I'm supposed to be at my sons open house. Hopefully Tracey can do a prolonged session on one of the Olympic lifts. Really get some practice in!

The work out scheduled for tomorrow is short as we are going to work the O lifts in the morning. The wod will be:

    Uma

    DL+box jump 190
    Pull ups
    Push Press (choose weight)
    15 12 9

For the deads and box jumps you do one of each to count a rep. Feel free to use this tonight. That will give a baseline for tomorrow morning. Have fun if I don't see you.

  10. it was a good one .... just watched the rob miller video .... he did 10 rounds in 14:10 or something! I would insert something about him being a rockclimber ... but I am sure he can beat me in everything else as well ...
