So we ended up doing a bastardized total.and I just noticed that I must have taken a pic of the boards with my lens cap on so I don't have the totals. Later. Suffice to say, Austin and Silas both hit new Pr's in the Deadlift and shoulder press.
why was it a bastardized total?
Oh we just lifted and had some retries. Austin and Silas were pretty accurate. I gave Doug a bunch of lifts as we were trying to determine max lifts.
I also had a 'pr' in the Back Squat.
